Niara Bag, our first creation, was designed for determined women with a refined taste. The name Niara in tupi-guarani refers to "a woman in pursuit of great achievements". The beautiful female name has a strong symbolism, reflecting the values from the indigenous culture and representing our Brazilian identity.
The bag comes with a removable and adjustable shoulder strap. Internal divider to store smaller items.
Exterior 100% pirarucu fish skin leather from Brazil. Artisanal metal accessories in sterling silver from Italy.
Brazilian roots, designed in Switzerland and handcrafted in Italy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund it. Simply send us an email to hello@iandehandbags.comtelling us you wish to return or exchange the product and we’ll inform you about the delivery address. You have 14 calendar days to send back an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you immediately.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within approximately 7-10 days after the return processing date, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
GUARANTEE
As we pack all our parcels personally and check the bags one by one, You should never receive an item which wouldn’t pass our quality control.
f for some reason, you do receive an iandé item with a manufacturing defect, please let us know within 7 days after receiving the item at hello@iandehandbags.comwith a description and, if need be, a photo of the fault. We will gladly replace it. This service is not offered on damage from normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity or liquids of any kind and transport damage. In the event of a faulty item being delivered to you, we will reimburse all courier costs.
